Drew Stevenson -- Head Coach
Coach Stevenson joined the Wolfpack in 2004 as an Assistant Coach and later that season was named Head Coach. Stevenson grew up in Upstate New York (LaFayette High School) and later played at Division III Roanoke College. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and owns and operates Develop The Athlete, LLC.
Drew McCaffrey -- Head JV Coach
Coach McCaffrey comes to the Wolfpack with great coaching experience, including a two year stint as Head Coach at Glenbard West High School. A Hinsdale Central Graduate he played college club at Carlton College in Minnesota where he was the 2004 Attackman of the Year. He is a true student of the game and brings a great offensive mind to the team.
David Rapasadi -- Head Freshmen Coach
After a successful off season coaching for CYL, the Wolfpack is excited to welcome our new Freshman Head Coach, David Rapasadi. Coach Rapasadi has been involved in lacrosse either through playing or coaching for over 20 years. As a youngster he participated in the Fayetteville Manlius (Syracuse, NY) Youth Rec League during summers as well as attended various college camps. Additionally he played a lot of indoor during the off season and was a member of the first All-CNY travel team made up of 12 and 13 year olds from all around Syracuse. Serving primarily as an attackman during his younger years, he later played midfield during his varsity years at Fayetteville Manlius High School. While competing for the Cornell University Club team Coach Rapasadi spent a couple of summers coaching youth boys in the same Rec League he helped start 10 years earlier. Most recently he received his JD from DePaul University College of Law and worked for arenafootball2.
Ed Costello -- Assistant Coach
Coach Costello joined the Wolfpack in 2006. Costello grew up in Maryland and attended Gonzaga College High School in Washington, DC and later attended Division I Bucknell University. Coach Costello is a Manager for Mercer Consulting Services.
Steven Hettrich -- Assistant Coach
Coach Hettrich joins the Wolfpack for his first season and will concentrate on working with the team's offensive strategy and midfielders. Steve was a 2X All American player at Denison University and currently owns and operates his own specialty painting and design company, Patine Design.
John Conroy –- Assistant Coach
A 2001 graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep (Clevelend, OH) Coach Conroy played both football and lacrosse. A team leader and Captain during his Junior Varsity and Varsity lacrosse career he played close defense. Coach Conroy first played lacrosse while a freshman at Ignatius. Later he played football at Ohio State. Currently Coach Conroy works for AIG and will assist both the Freshman and Junior Varsity squads.
Percy Gibson -– Strength & Conditioning Coach (NASM, NPTI)
A former track and field athlete (University of Tennessee) Coach Percy has been involved in athletic development most of his life. After spending years in the business world for GE Capital Mergers and Acquisitions he decided to turn his passion for health and wellness to helping individuals reach their goals through strength and conditioning. Coach Gibson enters his second season working with the Wolfpack Lacrosse Club.
Justin Smith -- Assistant Coach
Coach Smith joins the Wolfpack for his first season and will concentrate on working with the team’s goalies and defensive strategy. Justin played college lacrosse at Denison University. Coach Smith is a Project Manager for Zera Construction.
Peter Hutchen -- Assistant Coach
Coach Hutchen joined the Wolfpack in 2007. Hutchen grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois and later attended Division III Denison College in Ohio. He is the defensive mastermind of the Wolfpack Nation. Coach Hutchen is a Sales Rep for Progress Software.
Steve Eck -- Assistant Coach
Growing up in Binghamton NY, Coach Eck played hockey and lacrosse from a very young age. He played varsity high school lacrosse at Chenango Forks as an attackman from 1993-1995. Co-Captain both junior and senior years. He also won a National Championship in Seattle, WA, playing junior "B" hockey in 1995. Coach Eck then went on to play college lacrosse at Broome Community College (Binghamton) and later SUNY Oswego and was Co-captain his senior year. His coaching began with an assistant position with a youth hockey team in Skaneateles, NY from 2001-2003. Since then Coach Eck has worked with a variety of youth hockey and lacrosse programs.
