Susan Markvart -- Head Coach
Mrs. Markvart is in her third year at Saint Ignatius and brings a wealth of experience
to her position as head coach. Previously, she coached the girls tennis team at
Riverside Brookfeld High School. During the summers, she has been active in coaching
the junior program at Beverly Hills Tennis Club. She was a star on the girls team
at Mother Mc Auley and was a four-year scholarship player at UIC. As a junior she
had a ranking in the CDTA and in the WTA. She currently competes in several adult
leagues, including the Chicago Park District League and a World Team Tennis League,
where her teams have fnished in frst and second place.
