As our annual report reflects, the corporations and foundations that generously support Saint Ignatius College Prep each year continue to donate over $1.2 million dollars to the school through monetary giving and gifts-in-kind. These philanthropic corporations and foundations are as diverse in makeup as is our own student body. Yet, they share a commitment to academic excellence, service to our world community and ensure that our youth’s most basic needs are met.

At Saint Ignatius College Prep, corporations contribute in varying ways – all equally effective in helping our students. Outright monetary donations can be designated by the donor for certain projects or accounts such as general operating expenses, student scholarships or classroom maintenance. Oftentimes we are able to pair a company with an academic department creating a true partnership of expertise and need.

Grants awarded to Saint Ignatius College Prep by our many foundation donors enable our financially needy students to pursue their educational goals without their family’s concern for making the next tuition payment. Saint Ignatius service projects are also sponsored by foundations, such as SIHAP – a two-year program designed to prepare neighborhood junior high students for the rigors of a college prep high school.
