  • Junior High Programs - A Taste of Saint Ignatius

    The academic program, now in its 20th year, is available for rising 7th and 8th grade students. Many different courses will be offered this summer, and we believe that this “Taste of Saint Ignatius” will be an enriching and engaging experience for all participants
    There are two three-week sessions offering a variety of options including Science Excitement, Mathematics, Language Arts, Introductory Spanish, JAVA Programming Basics, Classical Mythology, World War II and the Movies, Band, Percussion, Connecting Current Events and History, and Model United Nations. Students will engage in thoughtful problem solving, discussion and readings while at the direction of the top faculty members at Saint Ignatius.

    All academic and offerings and registration details are outlined in the Summer Programs brochure.

    Spaces in the academic courses are limited; courses will fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Online registration will be open through June 10.

    A variety of Athletic Camps are available for the Junior High Students throughout the summer. Please review our Summer Programs brochure at the left for details on this summer's academic course and athletic camp offerings.
  • 9th Grade Summer Programs

    Academic courses at Saint Ignatius are reserved for the incoming Freshman of Saint Ignatius. The academic courses offered in the summer give students an opportunity to prepare for high school at Saint Ignatius.

    Several of the courses are offered through invitation or suggestion only.

    Athletic Camps and offerings are available to all 9th grade students. Please review our Summer Programs brochure at the left for details on this summer's academic course and athletic camp offerings.
  • 10th-12th Grade Summer Programs

    The academic summer offerings for rising Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors allow an opportunity for students to focus on skills in preparation for future classes, accelerate into an advance class or develop skills needed to succeed in a specific course. Most of the classes meet for two hours from June 10 - July 19.

Thank you for your interest in the Summer Programs at Saint Ignatius College Prep. We are offering a wide variety of athletic camps and academic programs for students of many different ages this summer. We are confident that you will find our camps and classes to be engaging, enjoyable, and challenging in the tradition of Saint Ignatius College Prep.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call 312-432-8306 / 312-432-8448 (academics) or 312-432-8442 (athletics) or stop by the Principal’s Office during regular school hours.

Academic courses will fill on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register early. Athletic camps will remain open, but we still encourage early registration in order to provide coaching staffs the opportunity to plan accordingly.
