Tracy Wins Two Championships to Lead Wolfpack to 5th at State Finals

The Wolfpack wrapped up their season with a 5th place performance at the IHSA State Meet which marks the highest ever team finish in school history. Julieta Tracy became the first ever female state champion in school history winning both the 200 IM and 100 freestyle. Both are school records and All-American standards. The 200 IM is the 5th fastest performance ever in Illinois history and is the fastest performance in conference history. Maya Arroyo (100 fly) and Jilly MacNamara (100 back) each earned All-State recognition and established new school records for their 5th place finish in their respective events. MacNamara, Jasmine Morgan, Arroyo and Liepa Niaura finished 9th in the 200 medley relay. Arroyo, Morgan, Niaura and Tracy finished 5th in both the 200 free and 400 free relays. All 3 relays earned All-American status and Arroyo’s lead off swim in the 200 free relays was a new school record. MacNamara finished 13th in the 500 free, Aisling Crowley finished 29th in the 1M Diving and Morgan finished 30th in the 50 Free. This season the Pack set 6 new school records and had 17 All-American performances!
