Wolfpack Stop Meteors in Extra Innings

The Pack (7-11, 2-4) beat De La Salle 7-5 in nine innings. Senior Caroline Leavy made huge plays on offense going 2-4 and recorded a double play in the eighth to extend the game. Sophomore Giovanna Sanfratello was 2-4 w/2 runs and junior Sarah Fitzgerald picked up the win on the mound and scored two runs including the game winner.
