Monday, September 5 Labor Day
No practice but run on your own
O’Hara/Keelan: 16-20 miles total for two days.
Patton: 12 miles total for two days.
Others: 5-6 miles total for two days, with one day off.
Tuesday, September 6
O’Hara, Keelan: Run to Agora, Michigan and Roosevelt.
Others: Bus to Agora sculpture,
O’Hara: 5 more miles to 25th Street 7:30
Keelan: 4 more miles, past McCormick 7:45
Patton, Shorter, Floreani: 6 miles, 31st
Prefontaine: 5 miles, 25th Street
Mills: 2-3 miles, McCormick
Post: Strides, Core.
Wednesday, September 7
3:15-5:15 practice
O’Hara, Keelan: Run to Agora, Michigan and Roosevelt.
Others: Bus
1 mile warm up. Dynamic, Strides.
O’Hara, Keelan: 5 mile tempo
Floreani, Patton, Shorter, Prefontaine: 3 miles tempo, LSD bridge
Santino: 2 mile tempo.

Thursday, September 8
3:15-5:15 practice
3:15-4:30 practice
4:50 Picture Day! Bring your uniforms.
O’Hara, Keelan: 8 miles, Ping Tom Park, with a Harrison loop and another mile.
Patton, Shorter, Floreani: 7 miles, Ping Tom Park, plus Harrison loop.
Prefontaine: 6 miles, Ping Tom Park, plus another mile
Santino: 4 miles, Ping Tom Park
Mills: 3 miles, 18th Street Bridge
Friday, September 9
All: Bus to Peoria at 11:45!!
3:00 run on Detweiller Course.
Post: Strides. Core.
Saturday, September 10
First to the Finish Invitational at Detweiller Park in Peoria.
11:30 Varsity 10 runners
12:30 Open—everyone else!
Return at 6:00 PM.
Sunday, September 11
O’Hara: 10-12 miles
Keelan: 8-10 miles
