Saint Ignatius College Prep Diving Team is excited to offer a 8th Grade Co-Ed Diving camp hosted by the team's head coaches on Saturday, October 24, from 7:00-8:30 pm, at:

All divers welcome - beginner to advanced! No prior diving experience is necessary to participate.
The 90 minute camp session will cover:

The 90 minute camp session will cover:
- Stretching & the importance of flexibility
- Diving board take-off techniques (forward approach & backwards press)
- Dry-land exercises & drills for maintaining consistent take-offs
- Review of 5 basic dive categories (Forward, Backward, Inward, Reverse, Twisting)
- Diving practice with constructive coaching feedback
