Wolfpack Open CCL with Win Over Fenwick

The Wolfpack opened up the 2019 Catholic League campaign with a convincing 5-1 victory over Fenwick on Friday night. With three first half goals and two in the second, the boys delivered a dominant offensive performance. Andrew Follenweider scored first off a beautiful cross from Filippo Gallon. Sammy Besztery earned the 2nd goal after a service into the box went off a defender for an own goal. After a handball in the box was called, Lucas Hanna tallied goal number 3 off a penalty kick. In the second half, Pato Iturralde  finished a ball scooped off the base line by Jordan Atuobi. Ronan Barron, assisted by Andrew Follenweider, completed the scoring with a blistering finish. Fenwick added a late goal. The entire defense played well behind the aggressive play of David Jacobo and Jack Greenawalt.
