Wolfpack Grab 3rd at MCAC JV Championship

The Pack placed third overall at the Metro Catholic Aquatic Conference JV Championship. Junior Eloise Guth and Senior Jillian Crocker scored fifth and sixth in the 200 freestyle. Senior Gabby Veliz and Junior Peyton Davidson placed fourth and fifth in the 200 individual medley. Seniors Kirkland Miller, Captain Katharine Gilardi, and Alondra Torres scored third, sixth, and eighth in the 50 freestyle. Guth and Davidson scored big points with a second and third place finish in the 100 butterfly. Torres, Miller, and Gilardi, scored fourth through sixth in the 100 freestyle. Veliz and Crocker placed third and fourth in the 500 freestyle. Junior Annmarie Drapszo was fifth in the 100 backstroke and 100 butterfly. Drapszo, Davidson, Guth, and Miller were runner-up in the 200 medley relay. Davidson, Gilardi, Miller, and Guth were runner up in the 400 freestyle relay. Saint Ignatius moves onto the IHSA Sectional Championship at UIC on November 4th.
