GCAC Champions!!!

The Wolfpack won the GCAC Championships on Saturday at De La Salle for the first time in program history. The Pack had a bye in round one and then defeated Providence 25-10, 25-19 led by Aila Brennan with 4 kills and Carly Cashion with 3 kills. In the final four, the Wolfpack defeated Loyola in three games 18-25, 25-21, 15-7 with huge performances from Iva Marusic (20 kills, 9 digs, 1 block), Lola Baker (11 assists, 2 kills, 2 aces) and Francesca Tado (19 digs, 2 aces). In the championship, Ignatius took down DePaul Prep 25-22, 25-14 to bring home the title. The Wolfpack was led by Adele Bradley (17 assists), Chloe Gerstner (4 kills, 1 Block) and Sarah Johnson (17 digs, 3 kills). Ignatius finished the year with a 26-2 record!
