Oswego East Defeats Pack

The Pack fell to Oswego East in Game three of the City/Suburb Invitational Tournament by a score of 2-1. The Wolfpack allowed a counterattack goal in the opening minute of the game before gaining their defensive composure. A second goal was conceded late in the first half when a ball in the box could not be cleared. In the second half the Wolfpack started to apply more pressure on offense and creating several scoring opportunities. Freshman Abby Hernandez scored the first goal of the season off a free kick outside the penalty area. Overall the team played much better as a unit from back to front. Emme Blase and Marlowe Grason both played well at winger.
