Blustery Night Ends in Tie for Pack

The Wolfpack traveled to the U of C Lab School Tuesday night and battled to a 1-1 draw on a blustery evening. The contest turned out to be very even with a determined attacking Maroons team taking it to the Wolfpack for the first twenty minutes.  The Wolfpack patiently worked on controlling the game and was rewarded with a goal in the first half. The Pack continued to have many scoring opportunities as the game progressed but the Lab School keeper kept the Maroons in the game. Late in the second half, the Maroons where awarded a direct free kick in a dangerous spot and they converted to tie the game up.  Despite a tremendous last five minute effort by the Wolfpack the game ended in a tie.
