Wolfpack Headed to Championship Round of Body Armor Series

The Wolfpack took their second game in the BODYARMOR tournament with a 6-0 victory over Highland Park.  Ignatius will advance to the championship round of the tourney on Sunday April 21st which will be played at Lyons Township. Over the last week, the Pack has found their offensive power, but we can't forget our fantastic line up of defenders--without them stopping our opponents in their tracks we would not be successful.  Special acknowledgement goes to our centerback Quinn Urquhart.  Quinn reads the game beautifully, always where she needs to be, calm under pressure, and has made many 1 on 1 saves that otherwise would have resulted in shots on goal.  Quinn, and the rest of the defenders, Emma Penner, Izzy Radecki, Carmella O'Malley, Lucy Schimidt and Lily Schwatrz, are the best! On the attacking side, goals last night were scored by Olivia Hanna (2), Kayla Washington (2), Sloan Williams and Lili Garcia.  Assists were contributed by Kayla Washington (2), Sloan Williams, and Izzy Radecki as our two keepers, MC Galante and Ava Stern, shared time in the goal and each had a shutout.
