Wolfpack Place 10th at IHSA State Finals!

The Pack wrapped up their season with a 10th place team finish at the IHSA State Championships this past weekend. Abbey Taute posted the highest individual finishes tying for 4th in the 200 free and taking 5th in the 500 free. The 500 free is a new school record and All-American standard. Kira Tiv finished 9th in the 100 fly with a new school record and Julieta Tracy finished 9th in the 100 free. The 400 free relay foursome of Summer Brainin, Tiv, Madison Schiml and Tracy finished 6th earning All-American honors and establishing a new school record. The 200 free relay team of Brainin, Tiv, Tracy and Schiml took 9th and also broke a new team record. All top 12 performances earned All-State status. The 200 medley relay team of Tracy, Schiml, Tiv and Brainin finished 15th. Piper Wood Prince had a pair of 15th place finishes in the 200 free / 500 free. Summer Brainin was 15th in the 50 free. Ellie Lennon was 18th in the 1M diving. Madison Schiml finished 19th in the 200 IM. Madi Szymanski was 31st in the 200 IM and 38th in the 100 free. Jasmine Morgan took 35th in the 50 free at her state meet debut.
