Relays Lead Charge at Gately

The Pack headed to Gately Stadium for their third meet of the young indoor season Saturday at a 51 team event hosted by Hope Academy. All three varsity relays scored points in the huge event. The 4x800 (Maeve Gawne, Megan McClain, Sarah Fitzgerald, Julieta Mayorga) and 4x400 (Alexis Nelson, Annika Swan, Ella Hwang, Lizeth Montes) were second and the 4x200 (Sophia Mendoza, Karina Casanova, Tori Scott, Tylar Mayberry) finished eighth. Swan won the 1600 with teammates Hwang and Montes finishing 5th and 7th respectively. Nelson was seventh in the hurdles. Gabriella Duque placed in two events - second in the 800 and fifth in the 400. Maeve Griffin was third in the 400.
