Others:  Bus to Agora sculpture,
O’Hara:  5 miles to 25th Street 7:30
Keelan:  4 miles, past McCormick 7:45
Patton: 6 miles, 31st
Shorter: 6 miles, 31st
Prefontaine:  5 miles, 25th Street
Floreani: 6 miles, 31st
Mills: 2-3 miles, McCormick
Post:  Strides, Core.
 
Tuesday, August 30
3:15-5:15 practice

Keelan:  4 miles, LSD tunnel 7:45
Patton: 6 miles, end of Navy Pier

Floreani: 6 miles, end of Navy Pier
Mills: 2-3 miles, Yacht clubs

Others:  Halsted w/up.
Tempo 800, dynamic, strides.
O’Hara:  12x400 at 75 with 1 min rest. 
Keelan:  12x400 at 78 with 1 min rest. 
Patton:  10 x400 at 85 with 1 min rest. 
Shorter: 8x400 at 90.
Prefontaine: 8x400 at 95.
Floreani:  10x400 at 80. 
Santino:  8x400 at 85.
Mills:  6x400 at 1:45

Thursday, September 1

Friday, September 2
Early practice:  12:30 bus to Bemis Woods in LaGrange.  Practice 1:30-3:30.  Then pasta party at Fitspatricks’ 4:00-6:00. Return to school at 7:00.
O’Hara:  5 miles 7:30
Keelan:  5 miles 7:30
Patton: 4 miles
Shorter, Pre, Floreani, Shorter: 3 miles
Mills: 2 miles
Post:  Sprints. Stretch. 
 
Saturday, September 3
Saint Ignatius Jim Connelly Invitational at Lewis University
Meet at Ignatius 7:15 AM for bus.  Or be there at 8:30 AM.
All:  1-2 mile warm up run on course.
800 tempo.  Pre-race stretching and build ups.
Frosh soph:  3 mile race at 9:30.
Varsity:  3 mile race at 10:30.
Post: Jog 1-2 miles on course.
Return to Ignatius at 1:00.
 
Sunday, September 4
Monday, September 5 Labor Day
No practice but run on your own O’Hara/Keelan:  16-20 miles total for two days.
Patton:  12 miles total for two days.
Others: 5-6 miles total for two days, with one day off..
 
Next Week:  First to the Finish Invitational, Peoria!  Overnight bus trip:  September 9-10.
