Wolfpack Win Bronze at Crimson Classic

The Wolfpack went 4-1 at the Crimson Classic (4-2 overall) winning the Bronze Division as they swept their Saturday matches. Losing a tough three game set in the opener to Riverside-Brookfield 25-13, 22-25, 12-15 moved them to the lower bracket. The Pack came roaring back defeating Lincoln Way West to end pool play 25-14, 20-25, 15-9 on Friday and then topped Normal Community (25-17, 25-12), Nazareth (25-15, 25-16) and Geneva (25-16, 25-16). Sadie Sandercock led the Wolfpack with a 2.22 serve receive rating, adding 4 aces, 9 assists and 36 digs to be named to the All-Tournament Team. Ellie Kowalski led the team with 86 digs, JJ Haaf led the Pack with 6 aces and Olivia Mack led the offense with 44 kills on the weekend.
