The Wolfpack had a solid showing against Stevenson and New Trier at the annual Tri-Meet of the Century. Ignatius fell to New Trier 129-57 and Stevenson 123-63 with the team being split between two locations, swimming at Stevenson and diving at New Trier. Sophomore Gwen Pierce was twentieth in the 200 IM and went a personal best by 2 seconds. Freshman Nina Grgurovic was fifteenth overall in the 100 butterfly. Freshman Leah McCroskey was twenty-second in the 50 free and twenty-first in the 100 free. Hope Stenander followed suit and was twenty-second in the 100 freestyle. Pierce later placed twenty-first overall in the 100 breaststroke.
