This position includes forming a comprehensive youth ministry program junior
through senior high, recruitment and training of leaders, and coordination of the Confirmation
A practicing Catholic who is in full communion with the Church.
A degree in religious education, theology or related field, experience in administration and catechesis,
strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, as well as interpersonal
and communication skills compatible with the culture of a Roman Catholic parish.
This position is considered part-time with consideration given to flexible working hours to accommodate

To recruit aides, staff, and other volunteers, and provide for their training, formation, ongoing
development, supervision and evaluation
To provide program and curriculum design, development and resources
To work with a team to design a creative program that meets the needs of today’s young people
To establish strong communications with youth, their families and entire parish
To work collaboratively with the Faith Formation Team to develop parish programming
To engage regularly with the parish staff and Faith Formation Commission
