In addition to outfitting the Wolfpack teams, the partnership will fuel a branding initiative that will result in a consistent, unified look for the athletic department. The initiative will also highlight our Jesuit mission and the pursuit of athletic excellence for each of our 34 sports programs.  

 

Athletic Director Mike Hurley said, “We are excited to announce this partnership with BSN Sports and Nike.  It is a relationship that will benefit our student-athletes and athletic programs in many ways.  The most obvious of those relates to having a unified look for our athletic programs in quality and quantity with world-class apparel that Saint Ignatius will be able to provide to its student-athletes, coaches and teams.  It will be another resource that will allow our student-athletes to compete at the highest levels of their respective sports.  Our coaches and student-athletes look forward to using Nike's performance apparel, uniforms, practice gear, and equipment."

 

Saint Ignatius College Prep sponsors 34 athletic programs (28 IHSA sports and six club sports).  Saint Ignatius has more than 1,000 student-athletes who annually participate in a sport (more than 70% of the school's population).  Saint Ignatius is a proud member of the Illinois High School Association, Chicago Catholic League, Girls Catholic Athletic Conference and the Metro Catholic Aquatics Conference.
