Taking on Lockport HS for the Championship of the Soccer2000 bracket of the Windy City Classic, the Wolfpack played well until late in the first half an unfortunate penalty kick call resulted in Lockport taking a 1-0 lead. Fighting through injuries and tired legs, Saint Ignatius continued to battle, and Kayla Washington scored a goal in the second half, but Lockport proved too deep for the Pack and the final score was 5-1. The team will continue to prepare for playoffs in late May by taking on two top programs this coming week in Evanston and New Trier.
