The Wolfpack earned a gutsy 1-0 win over Lyons Township in round two of the Body Armor Series. The Wolfpack weathered the windy conditions and faced up to the physicality of their opponents in windy conditions. With no score going into the second half, Sophie Flather sent a properly paced ball through to attacking mid Adriana Patel who launched the ball with her left foot into the far corner of the net for the winning goal. The defensive line held strong and keeper Addie Allen made important saves to preserve the win.
