The Wolfpack (5-1 overall) went 4-1 at the tough Plainfield North Invite this weekend. Friday night, the Pack opened with a pair of wins over Neuqua Valley (25-20, 25-17) and Barrington (25-10, 25-18) in pool play. Moving to the Gold Division on Saturday. Ignatius opened play against top ranked Benet falling 25-23, 23-25, 8-15 in three games. Next up was the Eagles of Sandburg who pushed the Pack to three in a tough 25-20, 23-25, 15-10 win before a dominating performance against Normal University 25-19, 25-19 for 5th place. Leading the Pack was All-Tournament selection Mariella Ciaravino who led the Pack with a serve percentage of 2.35%, passer rating of 2.07% with 39 kills, 31 digs, 8 aces and 3 blocks. Audrey Schabes ran the Pack offense, leading the team with 66 assists while adding 11 aces and 18 digs. Skylar Greene hit .267 with 43 kills, Ellie Kowalski had 36 digs, 6 aces, a passer rating of 2.08% and Olivia Mack added 21 kills.
