The Wolfpack earned a solid 1-0 victory over visiting Whitney Young. From the beginning the offense kept pressure on the opposing goal, lacing 20 shots including 15 on frame. Despite numerous opportunities a goal remained elusive until late in the second half with 7:30 left Jack Gallios laced a ball across the box to Jack Matthes who put away the winning goal. Several players contributed value minutes off the bench including Rafael Bernal, Alezandro Calleros and Cesar Diaz.
