Crusaders Draw Even with Pack

The Wolfpack walked away with a 3-3 draw tonight against Brother Rice. Ignatius played a disciplined first half of possession soccer and notched two impressive goals as Alezandro Calleros slotted a perfect pass across the top of the 18 to Toby Lopez-Scala who laced a ball to the lower left post. Sebastian Macey chipped a free kick to Cesar Diaz who volleyed the ball into for a quick strike.  In the second half Brother Rice stormed back with 3 unanswered goals in 15 minutes. The offense never gave up and had several near misses on goal. With time running out, Captain Jack Gallios dropped a dangerous ball into the box where a waiting Captain Andrew Lam finished the goal with time expiring. Both goalkeepers made key stops to preserve the score.
