Pack Fall Short at Great Lakes

The Wolfpack competed against the top teams across the Midwest at The Great Lakes Championships this past weekend at Chicago Yacht Club. Sailing for the Pack were Cate Baldwin '28, Juliet Townsend '28, and Finn Connolly in A Division and Anthony Sullivan '29, Jack Shuttleworth '29, and Sarah Sandoval '26 in B Division. Baldwin and Townsend finished the regatta with a 1st place win in the final race. In the A Division Ignatius took 7th overall and in the B Division they finished in 8th. Overall the Wolfpack placed 10th which does not qualify them in the Atlantic Coast Championship in November. This upcoming weekend Cate Baldwin will fly to Norfolk, Virginia to compete in the National Championship for Ignatius. Cate is 1 of 20 sailors from across the United States that has qualified for the Girls High School National Championship. Chicago Yacht Club will host the Keelboat Qualifier and Halloween Spooktacular as well.
