The Wolfpack faced a tough loss against Lincoln-Way Central yesterday evening falling 2-1 at the Windy City Classic. The Pack put up an amazing fight, holding a 1-0 lead deep into the second half until a late goal by the Red Devils pushed the game into extra time. After getting through overtime with grit and determination, the game was decided by penalty kicks. Goalkeeper Ava Stern showed great composure, making three incredible saves but ultimately the Wolfpack fell in a heartbreaking finish.
