The Wolfpack traveled to Milford, Michigan this past weekend to compete against the great majority of scholastic rowing teams in the Midwest in the first Mitten Series Regatta. Despite incredible rain and wind conditions, Ignatius showed up strong, with 11 out of 20 entries advancing to the finals. The two biggest successes of the day were the Novice women's 4+ of Charlotte Wiers ('29), Sydney Sumoski ('29), Emily Garza ('29), Nina Aggarwal ('29) and coxswain Rose Doherty ('29), placing 4th in their event (out of 21 entries), and the Varsity Men's 4+ of Jack Anderson ('26), Jack Turner ('28), Danny Shutler ('27), Aiden Murphy ('27) and coxswain Rohin Patel ('26) claiming a gold medal (out of 19 entries).
