The Wolfpack (19-4 overall) traveled south to take part in SETember Fest hosted by Champagne Central, placed 2nd and made some history! The Pack has never been in two championship matches in the same season! After winning the Glenbard West Invite earlier in the season, the Pack went back to work defeating St. Thomas More (25-15, 25-18), Mahomet-Seymour (25-15, 25-15) in pool play Friday night. On Saturday, Ignatius slipped past Chicago Christian (25-27, 25-14, 25-15) and defeated a very strong Morton team (25-15, 19-25, 25-18) which was a rematch of the 2023 3rd Place match at the IHSA State Finals. The Wolfpack then had their 12 match win streak broken by Rochester (25-21, 19-25, 22-25) in the championship. Leading Ignatius was All-Tournament team selections Ellie Kowalski and Olivia Mack!
