Carbajal '02 Helps Lead Community Fundraiser Marcos Carbajal '02 and his wife, Hilda Carbajal, were co-organizers and served as co-hosts of a successful community fundraiser for Todos Ponen at the Ramova Theater on January 19, 2026. Todos Ponen was founded in 2020 by Chef Diana Dávila & Mi Tocaya as a community-powered rapid response to food insecurity and economic disruption impacting immigrant families across Chicago. What began as an emergency effort has grown into an ongoing initiative rooted in dignity, access, and long-term support, led in partnership with Chicago’s culinary community and trusted local organizations. The event welcomed a sellout crowd, raising money for those experiencing food insecurity in Chicago. Marcos '02 and Hilda are successful restaurateurs and offer delicious cuisine at their multiple locations of Carnitas Uruapan.
