Saint Ignatius Choir and Orchestra to Perform the Music of Chicago
We’re thrilled to share that the Saint Ignatius Orchestra and Choir will be holding a concert celebrating the music of the rock band Chicago and honoring Chicago’s longtime manager and Saint Ignatius alum, Peter Schivarelli '63.
The concert will feature more than 140 student musicians from the Saint Ignatius Orchestra and Choir, as well as guest performers from the Saint Ignatius Band and local musicians. The program will include some of Chicago’s greatest hits like Saturday in the Park, Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?, 25 or 6 to 4, and Colour My World.
The hour-long concert will take place on Tuesday, October 28 in Church of the Holy Family. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the show will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Admission is free and no tickets are required. Parking is available in the Roosevelt Rd lot west of the church.
