Wolfpack Win Glenbard West Invite

The Wolfpack had a huge weekend going 5-0 to move to 13-4 overall after winning the Glenbard West Invite. After defeating Glenbard East (25-17, 25-21) and Schaumburg (25-5, 25-10) in pool play Friday night. The Pack came back with a bite on Saturday defeating Jones (25-15, 25-22) and Oswego (25-10, 25-19) to move to the title game. For the first time in tournament the Pack lost game one 25-23 but rallied right back to win game two 25-20. In crazy back and fourth battle the Pack was able to edge the host school 29-27 for the championship. Mariella Ciaravino (45 kills, 31 digs, 3 blocks) and Lola Baker (54 assists, 19 digs, 6 aces) where named to the all-tournament team.
