Pack Finish Fall Season

This past weekend the entire Ignatius rowing team traveled to Columbus, OH to compete in the Blake Haxton Regatta, which is the final competition of the fall season. The Wolfpack had an impressive 19 entries in the regatta, with the best finish coming from the women’s 3rd varsity 4 and 8 crews. The women’s 3rd varsity 4 crew of coxswain Sophie Anderson (‘26), Lyla Murphy (‘27), Lillian Arch (‘28), Katherine Gillespie (‘27) and Cecilia Petrow (‘27) placed 4th in a field of 14, missing a bronze medal by 6-7 seconds. The women’s 3rd varsity 8 crew consisted of coxswain Sophie Anderson (‘28), Stella Boylan (‘28), Jemma Sward (‘28), Stella Sleight (‘28), Sarai Browne (28), Maura Dollear (‘26), Reese Zalewski (‘28), Siera Swift (‘28) and Mary Graves (‘28) placed 4th in their event against a field of 10 other crews.
