The Wolfpack were conference runner-ups with 345 total points at the MCAC Championships in a close race against Benet Academy and Loyola Academy. This is the final year of the MCAC, which started in 1999, and will transition to the GCAC next season. Freshman Dia Sankar and Micaela Cota were third and seventh in the 200 freestyle. The duo later scored second and seventh in the 500 freestyle. Freshman Camille Moroney won the 50 freestyle with Junior Isabella Hobson picking up second by .01 of a second. Senior Caroline Welch won the 100 butterfly, with Moroney and Junior Sasha Weffer scoring fourth and fifth. Hobson won the 100 freestyle, with fellow Junior Isabella Curiel picking up second, Sophomore Maggie Dirlam scoring fourth, and Senior Lexie Jordan placing seventh. Weffer, Welch, Junior Naomi Schubkegel, and Dirlam dominated the 100 backstroke taking third, fourth, fifth, and seventh. Curiel teamed up with Sophomore Gwen Pierce to take first and sixth place in the 100 breaststroke. Saint Ignatius was runner-up in the 200 medley relay and won both freestyle relays.
