IHSA Super-Sectional Champions!!!; Wolfpack Headed to State Finals

After losing to Crystal Lake Central in last year's IHSA Super-Sectional Championship 4-2, the Pack was determined to achieve victory this time around.  Despite a dozen shots on goal and dominating possession during the first half, the team was unable to score, and let in two goals from the Tigers.  Down 0-2 at half time, the Wolfpack showed their teeth, scoring three straight goals in a row.  Crystal Lake Central answered with a tying goal from a corner kick, but the Pack gave the final answer with two more goals and celebrated with a 5-3 victory.  This puts the Pack into the Final Four in the IHSA State Playoffs!  Goals, three from Kayla Washington, one from Quinn Urquhart, and one from Chessie Besztery, led the offensive.
