IHSA State Champions!!!; Wolfpack Make History!!!

The Wolfpack made history in the IHSA 2A State Championship match last night defeating Peoria Notre Dame 1-0 in Naperville at North Central College in a thrilling game.  The Wolfpack were able to score a late goal by Lili Garcia at 76' off a free kick and MC Galante shut out the Irish in goal.  The Pack won seven consecutive games in the IHSA Playoffs on route to the program's first state championship in history, previously defeating Nazareth Academy (IHSA State Semifinal), Crystal Lake Central (IHSA Super-Sectional), DePaul Prep (Sectional Final), Westinghouse (Sectional Semifinal), Walter Payton (Regional Final) and Lakeview (Regional Semifinal).  The Pack finished the season 19-9-1.  Congratulations to our student-athletes, coaches, families, administrators and fans!  Go Wolfpack!
