The Wolfpack had a great showing against powerhouse New Trier and Stevenson. Junior Caitlin Seder, Sophomore Knox Kruk, and Senior Alexis Nelson scored first, third, and fourth in the diving competition. Junior Chayse Massimino placed seventh in the 200 freestyle. Senior Colleen Tracy and Junior Livia Cremer split for second and fourth in the 200 IM. Senior Angela Wideikis placed fifth in the 50 freestyle. Senior Franchez Sanchez won the 100 butterfly with her fastest high school performance, updating her #3 all-time record time, with Freshman Laney Mulcrone sneaking in eighth place with a season best. Tracy, Wideikis, and Freshman Nai’a Hernandez scored second, sixth, and eighth in the 100 freestyle with all three improving on season best times. Junior Mariposa Arroyo, Livia Cremer, and Freshman Ella Cremer picked up third, fourth, and eighth in the 500 freestyle. Senior Liepa Niaura was in the 100 backstroke with a season best. Arroyo finished off the individual events with a seventh-place finish in the 100 breaststroke. The Wolfpack placed third in the 200 medley relay, second in the 200 freestyle relay, and finished third in the 400 freestyle relay. Sanchez’s lead-off swim in the 200 freestyle relay was #9 all-time in school history.
