Wolfpack Place 2nd at Friar Invite

The Wolfpack were runner-ups at the Friar Invitational losing to Lane Tech 500-452.5. Freshman Ella Cremer, Senior Margaret Hickey, and Junior Penelope Del Aguila scored third, fourth, and sixth in the 200 freestyle. Freshman Laney Mulcrone and Junior Chayse Massimino picked up fifth and sixth in the 200 IM. Seniors Franchesca Sanchez and Liepa Niaura, and Sophomores Greta Mikulaninec and Alexis Ambrosino scored big points in the 50 freestyle - taking first, second, fifth, and eighth. The Wolfpack loaded 100 butterfly with Junior Livia Cremer picking up the win with Massimino, Freshman Sam Mondrus, and Senior Angela Wideikis capturing second, fifth, and sixth. Junior Mariposa Arroyo joined Hickey, Ambrosino, and E. Cremer in the 100 freestyle to score first (tie), fourth, sixth, and seventh. Mulcrone and Del Aguila picked up sixth and seventh in the 500 freestyle. Senior Colleen Tracy won the 100 backstroke in a new personal best, with L. Cremer picking up third. Junior Kennedy Riley scored sixth in the 100 breaststroke. Saint Ignatius was runner-up in the 200 medley relay and won both the 200 and 400 freestyle relays.
