Wolfpack Win Dolphin Tri-Angular

The Wolfpack defeated the Dolphins and Mustangs in a triangular meet format scoring 135 points. It was a great opportunity for our freshman-sophomores to race a full varsity competition. Freshman duo Sam Mondrus and Ella Cremer along with Sophomore Greta Mikulaninec swept the top three spots in the 200 freestyle. Sophomore Aleixs Ambrosino and Freshman Sofia Medina placed first and second in the 200 IM with Freshman Dia Sankar scoring fourth. Freshman Nai’a Hernandez won the 50 freestyle. Mondrus and fellow Freshman Camille Moroney split for first and third in the 100 butterfly. Freshman Laney Mulcrone along with Mikulaninec and Cremer swept the top three spots in the 100 freestyle. Ambrosino and Sankar held their own in the 500 freestyle picking up first and second. Moroney won the 100 backstroke with Hernandez and Medina picking up first and second in the 100 breaststroke. Saint Ignatius won all three relays by a large margin.
