IHSA Regional Champions!!!

The Wolfpack had a historic day on Saturday winning their second IHSA Regional title in school history to advance as a team to the IHSA Sectional hosted again by Ignatius. The Pack invited teams from across the region to the Gentile Gym and the home mat advantage paid off with seven grapplers winning their respective weight classes along with a record 12 of 14 wrestlers moving on to the IHSA Individual Sectional at Antioch. Julian Lopez, Alex Villanueva, Colin McCann, Colton Huff, Luke Sanchez, Nino Capuano and Melson Ngassa all took 1st while Frank Valle, Ashok Chacko and Colin Offen placed 2nd. Taking 3rd place for the Pack was Dave Reardon and Luca Capuano to round out the twelve advancing Wolfpack wrestlers. The Pack will be on the 3rd Floor Gym for the IHSA Team Sectional on Thursday night starting at 6:00 p.m.
