  • Tracy Wins Two Championships to Lead Wolfpack to 5th at State Finals

    The Wolfpack wrapped up their season with a 5th place performance at the IHSA State Meet which marks the highest ever team finish in school history. Julieta Tracy became the first ever female state champion in school history winning both the 200 IM and 100 freestyle. Both are school records and All-American standards. The 200 IM is the 5th fastest performance ever in Illinois history and is the fastest performance in conference history. Maya Arroyo (100 fly) and Jilly MacNamara (100 back) each earned All-State recognition and established new school records for their 5th place finish in their respective events. MacNamara, Jasmine Morgan, Arroyo and Liepa Niaura finished 9th in the 200 medley relay. Arroyo, Morgan, Niaura and Tracy finished 5th in both the 200 free and 400 free relays. All 3 relays earned All-American status and Arroyo’s lead off swim in the 200 free relays was a new school record. MacNamara finished 13th in the 500 free, Aisling Crowley finished 29th in the 1M Diving and Morgan finished 30th in the 50 Free. This season the Pack set 6 new school records and had 17 All-American performances!
  • IHSA Sectional Champions!!!

    The Wolfpack captured their 19th IHSA Sectional Championship on Saturday leading wire to wire. The Pack won 9 of the 12 events including a sweep of the relays. Julieta Tracy was a double event winner taking home sectional titles in the 200 IM and 100 free. Aisling Crowley advanced to the state meet for the second year in a row with a win in the 1M Diving. Jasmine Morgan (50 free), Maya Arroyo (100 fly) and Jilly MacNamara (100 back) were all sectional championship and moving on to state in their individual races. MacNamara dipped under the state cut in the 500 free finishing second. The Pack took the top spot in all 3 relays to advance to state in each: 200 medley – Jilly MacNamara, Jasmine Morgan, Maya Arroyo and Liepa Niaura 200 free – Liepa Niaura, Jasmine Morgan, Maya Arroyo, Julieta Tracy 400 Free – Jasmine Morgan, Liepa Niaura, Maya Arroyo, Julieta Tracy Top 6 (All-Sectional) performances were tuned in by Alexis Nelson (3rd 1M Diving), Sarah Hunneke (3rd 200 free), Maeve Shannon (4th 200 free), Collee Tracy (2nd 200 IM, 3rd 500 free), Franchesa Sanchez (2nd 50 free, 3rd 100 fly), Liepa Niaura (3rd 100 free), Caley Mitchell (4th 100 back), Caroline Welch (3rd 100 breast) and Angela Wideikis (5th 100 breast). Congrats to the Pack!
  • MCAC Champions!!!

    The Wolfpack won the MCAC conference title for the third time in the last four years. Aisling Crowley was named conference diver of the year and won the 1M diving. Julieta Tracy was named conference swimmer of the year for winning the 200 and 100 free. She set 4 new pool records, 3 new conference meet records, 1 new school record and earned All-American honors in the 200 free. Jasmine Morgan defended her conference title in winning the 50 free as did Maya Arroyo in the 100 fly. The Wolfpack took first in both the 200 free relay (Tracy, Morgan, Sarah Hunneke, Liepa Niaura) and 400 free relay (Arroyo, MacNamara, Hunneke, Tracy) both in pool record time. Runner up performances were turned in by Arroyo in the 200 IM and MacNamara in both the 500 free and 100 back. Top 8 performances were turned in by the 200 ‘A’ Medley Relay (MacNamara, Morgan, Arroyo, Niaura), the 200 ‘B’ Medley Relay (Elise Bulman, Colleen Tracy, Gabby Veliz, Caley Mitchell), Hunneke (200 free / 100 free), Veliz (200 free / 500 free), C. Tracy (200 IM), Niaura (50 free / 100 back), Bulman (100 fly / 500 free), Gigi Garner (1M Diving), Morgan (100 breast) and the 200 ‘B’ Free Relay (Mitchell, C. Tracy, Veliz, Bulman).
  • Pack Snag Win on Senior Night

    The Wolfpack defeated Whitney Young on senior night to cap off the dual meet season.  Congrats to our 7 seniors - Elise Bulman, Tori Garscia, Sarah Hunneke, Caley Mitchell, Jasmine Morgan, Julieta Tracy, Ana Trice who finish their career with a 32-4 dual meet record.  The Pack won 11 of the 12 events on varsity including a sweep of the relays.  Liepa Niaura (100 free / 100 back) and Maya Arroyo (50 free / 100 breast) were double event winners for the Pack!  Other winners include Aisling Crowley (1M Diving), Colleen Tracy (200 free) and Julieta Tracy (200 IM).  Relay wins include the 200 Medley (Jilly MacNamara, Jasmine Morgan, J. Tracy, Caley Mitchell), the 200 Free (J. Tracy, Mitchell, Morgan, Sarah Hunneke) and the 400 Free (Mitchell, Morgan, Hunneke, Tracy).
  • Wolfpack Defeat Fenwick

    The Wolfpack defeated Fenwick on Thursday night winning 10 of the 12 events.  Julieta Tracy set a new pool record in winning the 500 free (5:00.12) and also picked up win in the 50 free.  Jilly MacNamara was also a double event winner taking the 200 free and 100 back.  Individual event winners included Maya Arroyo (200 IM), Colleen Tracy (100 fly), Aisling Crowley (1M Diving) and Liepa Niaura (100 free).  Winning relays include the 200 free (Franchesa Sanchez, Jasmine Morgan, MacNamara, Niaura) and the 400 free (Arroyo, Niaura, Sanchez, Tracy).
  • Wolfpack Stop McAuley

    The Wolfpack defeated McAuley on Thursday night winning 9 of the 12 events.  Aisling Crowley started off the meet with a win in diving posting her best every score and second best 6 dive score in school history.  Colleen Tracy led the way for the Pack picking up wins in the 200 free and 100 fly.  Individual event winners include Jasmine Morgan (50 free), Sarah Hunneke (500 free) and Caroline Welch (100 breast).  The Pack went 1-2 in both the free relays.  The winning 200 free relay included C. Tracy, Margaret Hickey, Franchesca Sanchez, Morgan and the winning 400 free relay foursome was compromised of Angela Wideikis, C. Tracy, Liepa Niaura and Hunneke.
  • Crowley Leads Wolfpack at Sandburg Invite

    The Wolfpack finished 8th at the Sandburg Invite over the weekend. The divers kicked off the meet on Friday night and Aisling Crowley won with a new best score of 423.55 This is the second win a row for Crowley! Alexis Nelson finished 8th in her first ever 11 dive meet. The 400 free relay foursome of Margaret Hickey, Kirkland Miller, Caroline Welch and Betty Johnston finished 7th to mark the highest swimming finish for the day. Welch, Angela Wideikis, Hickey and Madi Manning were 11th in the 200 medley relay and Johnston, Eloise Guth Alondra Torres and Jillian Crocker were 11th in the 200 free relay. Top 12 individual performances include Guth (200 free), Welch (100 fly), Hickey (500 free) and Crocker (500 free).
  • Pack 3rd at Rosary Invite

    The Pack finished 3rd at the Rosary Invite on Saturday. Julieta Tracy was champion in the 200 IM and Jilly MacNamara took the top spot in the 100 back. Maya Arroyo, Jasmine Morgan, Liepa Niaura and Tracy teamed up to win the 400 free relay to cap off the meet. Tracy was runner up in the 100 free, Arroyo in the 100 fly and Arroyo, Morgan, Niaura and Tracy were second in the 200 free relay. Top 6 performances were turned in by the 200 medley relay (MacNamara, Morgan, Arroyo, Franchesca Sanchez), Niaura (200 free / 100 free), Colleen Tracy (200 IM) and MacNamara (500 free).
  • Pack Win Friar Invite

    The Wolfpack took first place at the Friar Invite on Saturday. The Pack took first place in 7 of the 12 events including a sweep of the relays. Julieta Tracy led the way as a double event winner in the 50 free and 500 free and dipping under the state cut in the 500. Aisling Crowley started off the meet with a win in the 1M diving posting her best ever 11 dive score. Maya Arroyo took the top spot in the 100 fly. Winning relays include the 200 Medley (Jilly MacNamara, Tracy, Arroyo, Jasmine Morgan), the 200 Free (Morgan, Liepa Niaura, Franchesca Sanchez, MacNamara) and the 400 Free (Arroyo, Niaura, Tracy, MacNamara). Top 3 performances were turned in by Niaura (200 free / 100 free), Sanchez (200 free), Arroyo (200 IM), Elise Bulman (500 free) and MacNamara (100 back).
  • Pack Defeat U-High

    The Wolfpack defeated U-High on Tuesday night winning 11 of the 12 events including a sweep of the relays.  Colleen Tracy was a double event winner for the Pack taking the 200 and 500 free.  Event winners include Aisling Crowley (1M Diving), Jilly MacNamara (200 IM), Jasmine Morgan (50 free), Julieta Tracy (100 fly) and Elise Bulman (100 back).  Winning relays include the 200 Medley (Caley Mitchell, Arroyo, Liepa Niaura, MacNamara), the 200 Free (Angela Wideikis, J. Tracy, Niaura, Sarah Hunneke) and the 400 Free (MacNamara, C. Tracy, J. Tracy, Hunneke).
  • Wolfpack Edged at Tri-Meet

    The Wolfpack fell to the defending state champions New Trier and Stevenson on Friday night in a very exciting double dual meet. The Pack won 5 of the 12 events and were under the state cut in 6 events. Julieta Tracy (200 free / 100 free) and Maya Arroyo (200 IM / 100 fly) were each double individual event winners. Arroyo and Tracy teamed up with Jasmine Morgan and Franchesca Sanchez to win the 200 free relay. Morgan, Tracy, Jilly MacNamara and Liepa Niaura finished second in the 400 free relay. Top 5 performances were turned in by Aisling Crowley (1M Diving), Morgan (50 free), MacNamara (500 free / 100 back) and the 200 Medley foursome of MacNamara, Morgan, Arroyo and Niaura.
  • Wolfpack Almost Sweep Loyola

    The Wolfpack defeated Loyola Academy on Wednesday night winning 11 of the 12 events.  The Ignatius divers started off the meet with a 1-2-3 performance led by Aisling Crowley.  Julieta Tracy set a new pool record in the 100 backstroke and also picked up win in the 100 fly.  Jilly MacNamara (200 free / 500 free) and Maya Arroyo (100 free / 100 breast) were also double event winners for the Pack.  Jasmine Morgan took top honors in the 50 free and Colleen Tracy won the 200 IM.  Winning relays include the 200 free relay foursome of Franchesa Sanchez, Arroyo, Sarah Hunneke and Morgan as well as the 400 free relay team of Morgan, MacNamara, Sanchez and J. Tracy.
  • Wolfpack Open Season by Winning ND Invite

    The Wolfpack opened the season with a win at the Peoria Notre Dame Invite defeating Moline, Edwardsville, Metamora, Notre Dame and Dansville and winning 11 of the 12 events. The Pack divers opened up the meet with a 1-2 performance as Aisling Crowley and Alexis Nelson completed the sweep. Jilly MacNamara (200 free / 100 fly) and Julieta Tracy (200 IM / 100 breast) were double event winners for the Wolfpack. Jasmine Morgan took the top spot in the 100 free, Elise Bulman won the 500 free and Maya grabbed first place in the 100 back. Winning relays include the 200 Medley foursome of Arroyo, Morgan, Bulman, Caley Mitchell, the 200 Free relay team of MacNamara, Morgan, Liepa Niaura, Maeve Shannon and the 400 Free relay quartet of Arroyo, MacNamara, Bulman, Mitchell. The team is next on September 7 as they travel to face the Ramblers.
