The boys volleyball program at Saint Ignatius competes in the Chicago Catholic League. Our program aims to mold student-athletes into exceptional volleyball players. We teach the game of volleyball while building core values: teamwork, integrity, discipline and friendship. Our players are expected to give their personal best at all times while working to achieve competitive greatness through hard work. Our season begins in early March and finishes with IHSA state playoffs in late May or early June.

Spartans Spoil Home Opener
The Wolfpack lost their home opener against St. Francis 25-15, 25-23. Highlight stats include Graham Turnbull and Desmond Fisher scoring 2 aces each, and Jonah Chung with 4 digs to pair with 11 assists. Wolfpack Grab Road Win Over Rams
The Pack won their away match against DePaul Prep in two sets, 27-25, 25-10. Ricardo Rosas scored 3 kills and 3 blocks. Jonah Chung lead the charge with 12 assists and 4 digs. The Wolfpack first home match will be April 15th against St. Francis.Read More -
Pack Split Double Header With Crusaders
The Wolfpack traveled to Brother Rice for a double header against their A and B teams. Ignatius split the matches, after losing the A match 25-13, 25-11, and then beating the B team 25-13, 20-25, 25-23. Brady Holtz lead the team with 6 kills and 4 digs, supported by Ricardo Rosas scored 5 kills and 3 digs. Jonah Chung notched 4 digs and 15 assists. Pack Grab Opener in Three
The Wolfpack won their first match of the season at Marmion Academy 17-25, 25-15, 25-16. Brady Holtz and Ricardo Rosas lead the team in kills with 4 each, while Desmond Fisher made a great defensive stance with 6 digs. The Pack also collectively racked up 4 blocks and 6 aces on the day.
