Tuition Guidelines & Due Dates

The tuition cost for the 2022-2023 academic year is $20,250.00.
A $1,000 non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your child's place for the 2023-2024 school year. All students must submit payment with their online enrollment.

This amount is non-refundable and will be applied to tuition for 2023-2024.

  • Tuition Billing Plans

    Full payment due May.

    Two equal payments due May and November.

    Four equal payments due May, August, November, February.

    Ten equal payments due each month, May through February.

    All payments are due on the 25th of the month. Above listed payment amounts do not include incidental charges, which may be added to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account.
  • Late Payment Charges

    Payments are due on or before your due date. If your payment is not made by your due date, or you are carrying an outstanding balance, a Follow Up Service Fee may apply. Smart Tuition will remind you of your upcoming payment to help you pay on time. We will also advise you when you have missed a payment to help you avoid any future fees.

    A fee of $30 will be applied to your account for any failed payment processed via auto-debit, phone, web or failed check payments. Your bank may also impose additional fees.

    Report cards will not be forwarded or transcripts sent until all financial obligations are met. Students with past due tuition balances may be prohibited from participating in extra-curricular activies.

    Seniors with past due tuition balances may be prohibited from participating in the Graduation Ceremony. All Senior balances must be paid in full before May 1st.

    If your son or daughter will not be attending Saint Ignatius College Prep in the fall, please indicate this on the Enrollment Contract.

    The tuition at Saint Ignatius covers costs common to all students. Tuition covers up to six units of credit per year, as well as costs for counseling, laboratories, lockers, gymnasium, yearbook, school newspaper, participation in sports, clubs and other cocurricular activities.
  • Withdrawal

    If a student withdraws, is suspended, or dismissed from school before the end of the academic year, or if the student misses classes due to absence, illness, or any other causes, the parents are responsible for the tuition for the entire quarter in which the withdrawal occurs.

Coordination with Tuition Assistance

The Treasurer's Office notifies families of the grant they will receive for the coming academic year. The Treasurer’s Office posts 1/10th of the grant to the tuition account each month, May through February. The balance is due from the family on the due date, per tuition policies.
