Paul Chibe serves as Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Brands Group, leading the iconic beverage company through a major transformation following its $3.3 billion spinoff from PepsiCo. Under his leadership, the company oversees a powerhouse portfolio of global household favorites, including Tropicana, Naked, KeVita, Izze, Copella, and Dole juices.
A distinguished executive leader, Paul brings decades of experience driving significant growth across major global consumer brands. He previously served as CEO of Pabst Brewing Company, President and CEO of Ferrero North America, and U.S. CMO for Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he successfully launched numerous high-profile products and marketing initiatives.
