Quest Debit Program
All students are eligible to take full advantage of a pre-pay meal system called the Quest Debit Program. The program reduces the morning money frenzy and speeds up lunch lines. It also has proven to prevent loss of money, and can help parents know where funds are going through online monitoring (optional). This program is very helpful to parents, students, and the food service program. To enroll your student, we recommend $250.00, which should last for the first semester or so.

Quest Food Services has chosen MealTime Online to provide the opportunity for you to make credit card deposits into your student's Quest account or view your student's purchase history via the internet at your convenience. Quest will still accept cash or checks onsite.
Note: Online Deposits are processed each night at 2:00 a.m. and will be automatically reflected in your student’s account at that time. Deposits made after 2:00 a.m. will be processed the following night at 2:00 a.m.
STEP 1 - Create a Profile: If this is your first time using MealTime Online you must create a MealTime profile. If you already have a profile and want to add a student(s), skip to step 2.
To create a MealTime Online profile. Click on the "Register now for your FREE account" link and enter a username and password that you will use to login to MealTime Online. The username and password must be at least 6 characters. For example, username: jsmith password: pty845.
Step 2 - Add your Student(s): Login to your MealTime Online account (using the username and password that you created in Step 1), click on “Manage cafeteria Accounts” then click the "Add Student" link and add your student(s) by entering their first name and their STUDENT ID number.
The STUDENT ID number, can be found in the Blackbaud System. Select your student's record. Click on the "Contact Card" tab. You will find your student's, STUDENT ID under the General Information section on this page.
STEP 3 - Make a Deposit: Click on the "Home - Deposit Funds" link to make a deposit into your student account(s). There is a transaction fee for making deposits. Click on the "View Reports" link in the navigation menu to view your student's purchase history.
