Welcome! Quest Food Management Service Inc. provides food services for your student at Saint Ignatius.

Quest Debit Program

All students are eligible to take full advantage of a pre-pay meal system called the Quest Debit Program. The program reduces the morning money frenzy and speeds up lunch lines. It also has proven to prevent loss of money, and can help parents know where funds are going through online monitoring (optional). This program is very helpful to parents, students, and the food service program. To enroll your student, we recommend $250.00, which should last for the first semester or so.

MealTime Online

Quest Food Services has chosen MealTime Online to provide the opportunity for you to make credit card deposits into your student's Quest account or view your student's purchase history via the internet at your convenience. Quest will still accept cash or checks onsite.

Note: Online Deposits are processed each night at 2:00 a.m. and will be automatically reflected in your student’s account at that time. Deposits made after 2:00 a.m. will be processed the following night at 2:00 a.m.

  • How to use MealTime Online

    Click the MealTime link and follow the steps below: www.mymealtime.com

    STEP 1 - Create a Profile
    : If this is your first time using MealTime Online you must create a MealTime profile. If you already have a profile and want to add a student(s), skip to step 2.

    To create a MealTime Online profile. Click on the "Register now for your FREE account" link and enter a username and password that you will use to login to MealTime Online. The username and password must be at least 6 characters. For example, username: jsmith password: pty845.

    Step 2 - Add your Student(s): Login to your MealTime Online account (using the username and password that you created in Step 1), click on “Manage cafeteria Accounts” then click the "Add Student" link and add your student(s) by entering their first name and their QUEST ID number.

    The QUEST ID number, which is NOT the same as the Student ID number on billing statments, can be found in PlusPortals. Select the "More" button on your student in PlusPortals, then click on "School", and then "Demographics".  The QUEST ID number is listed in this section.

    STEP 3 - Make a Deposit: Click on the "Home - Deposit Funds" link to make a deposit into your student account(s). There is a transaction fee for making deposits.  Click on the "View Reports" link in the navigation menu to view your student's purchase history.
