Orchesis

For the Love of Dance!

Wolfpack Orchesis is a concert dance company at Saint Ignatius College Prep. It offers creative students an outlet to express themselves through the art of dance. It also gives them a chance to share their love of the art form with their peers and families. The dancers learn multiple styles including contemporary, hip hop, jazz, lyrical and more. The choreographers are some of the most beloved in the city of Chicago, and they spend considerable time with the student dancers to develop performance pieces for the winter show. Orchesis starts in August and runs through February. Rehearsals are typically two evenings a week.
